Lij, I can’t believe this BS. It is insane man! I just finished listening to your pod cast on Cease and Desist. This is still America I believe. All across this country people are working out of their homes to earn a living and provide for their families. Hearing this narrow minded bull is mind blowing. Who does the city of Nashville think they are GOD!!!!!

Geez Lij, that’s stress you don’t need… nobody needs. Local governments need to re-examine zoning in the 21st century internet economy.

I haven’t listened to the whole episode yet, so maybe it was discussed, but I’m curious how many other home studio owners in Nashville have been hit with these citations.
