Great idea! Thats what I was suggesting when I brought up the possibilities for blockchain design. But I do think that Gebre probably has plans for a central database where label etc can go find all the data. Whether is it centralized or de centralized I think a database will be super helpful in making this work.

					<description><![CDATA[Ultimately I would think RIN data should live in an all-encompassing archive on a server in the cloud.  You talk about the guy making beats in his bedroom.  That guy makes his beats and fills out his RIN data.  Now what?  If there were a RIN archive where artists could upload their data, now that guy can be found.
